Privacy Policy
Effective Date: January 03, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Tradeconvey ("Company", "we", "us") collects, uses, protects and shares information, and describes the types of content we prohibit.
1. Information Collected
1.1 Personal Data. Information you provide directly: name, email, billing information, telephone, postal address, and other identifiers you submit to us.
1.2 Usage & Technical Data. IP address, device and browser data, operating system, pages visited, referral URL, click and interaction data, timestamps, and diagnostic information collected automatically.
1.3 Location Data. Collected only when you grant permission (e.g., browser/device location services).
1.4 Other Data. Optional profile data such as age range, gender, employment information, and other data you elect to provide. We do not knowingly require or store sensitive categories (e.g., health, religion) unless explicitly submitted and consented to.
2. Use of Data
We use data to operate and improve our Service, including:
- Providing and personalizing content and features.
- Processing transactions, billing, and customer support.
- Analyzing site usage to improve performance and content.
- Serving relevant advertising in accordance with our ad policies and user consent.
- Preventing abuse, fraud, and enforcing Terms of Use.
- Complying with legal obligations and law enforcement requests.
4. Legal Basis & User Rights
If you are located in the EU/EEA, our lawful bases for processing include consent, contract performance, legitimate interests, and legal obligations. You have rights under GDPR such as access, correction, restriction, deletion, portability, and objection to certain processing.
California residents have rights under CCPA/CPRA, including the right to request access to categories of personal information collected, request deletion, and opt out of certain sales or sharing. We do not sell personal information.
To exercise rights, contact us as detailed below. We will verify requests to the extent required by law and respond within applicable timeframes.
5. Data Security
We implement technical, administrative, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including encryption-in-transit (TLS), secure servers, access controls, and logging. No system is completely secure; in the event of a breach we will follow applicable notification requirements and take remedial action.
8. Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Service, fulfill legitimate business needs (e.g., recordkeeping, fraud prevention), or comply with legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type, and we delete or anonymize data when no longer needed.
9. Google AdSense & Advertising Compliance
We participate in advertising programs such as Google AdSense. We adhere to Google's program policies and minimum content requirements including transparency about ads, cookie disclosure, ad placement restrictions, and prohibitions on certain types of content and deceptive behavior.
User choices: You may opt out of personalized advertising at any time via Google Ads Settings or the industry opt-out tools.

10. Prohibited Content & Policy Compliance
10.1 Illegal Content
We do not allow content that facilitates, promotes, or instructs illegal activity — including illicit drugs, trafficking, weapons sales, fraud, or activities that materially enable wrongdoing. We will remove such content and cooperate with authorities.
10.2 Intellectual Property Abuse
Ownership and rights: All content on Tradeconvey is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Users must only upload or link to content they own or are authorized to use. Prohibited actions include reposting paid materials, distributing pirated software, or reproducing copyrighted books, courses, proprietary research, or paid videos without permission.
We enforce DMCA takedown procedures and reserve the right to suspend repeat infringers.
10.3 Dangerous or Derogatory Content
Content that promotes violence, hatred, harassment, bullying, or threats against individuals or protected groups is prohibited. We also disallow content that instructs or encourages self-harm or suicide.
10.4 Misrepresentative & Manipulated Content
We prohibit misrepresentation, impersonation, and synthetic or manipulated media intended to mislead users (deepfakes, fabricated credentials, falsified testimonials). Clearly label AI-generated content where required and do not present it as authentic human-generated content when it isn't.
10.5 Deceptive & Dishonest Practices
Prohibited deceptive practices include phishing, cloaking, invisible ads, misleading UI elements, forced clicks, fake system warnings, automatic downloads, or links that misrepresent destination or purpose.
10.6 Enabling Dishonest or Harmful Behavior
We do not permit instructions for hacking, cheating, bypassing security or authentication, generating fake documentation, or facilitating identity theft and financial fraud.
10.7 Examples & Enforcement
- Examples prohibited: pirated trading software, cracked EAs, rehosted paid course videos, fake earnings screenshots, fake clinical advice.
- Enforcement: removal of content, account suspension, blacklisting of repeat offenders, and cooperation with legal authorities as appropriate.
11. Behavioral & Ad Placement Policies (Detailed)
11.1 Ads Interfering With Content
We do not allow Google-served or other network ads that:
- Overlay critical navigation, menus, playback controls, or form fields.
- Push primary content off-screen or hide content behind ads.
- Trap the user on a screen that cannot be exited without clicking an ad.
- Are placed adjacent to action items where accidental clicks are likely.
Design guidance: keep clear spacing between ads and interactive elements; avoid sticky ad placements over navigational controls.
11.2 Inventory Value — Ads on Screens Without Publisher Content
Ads must only be placed on pages with substantial publisher-created content. Ads are not allowed on:
- Under-construction pages or placeholders.
- Pages consisting solely of ad units or minimal filler text.
- Screens used only for navigation, alerts, confirmations, or transactional messages.
11.3 Out-of-Context Ads
Out-of-context ads occur when ads appear where they don't belong (background tabs, off-screen, or when user attention is elsewhere). Ads must be viewable within the active content area and clearly associated with the page's content.
11.4 Replicated Content & Low-Value Pages
Pages that replicate other publishers' content (without added commentary, curation, or unique value) should not be monetized. Examples include simple embeds of other sites' articles, automated scraped content, or bulk-generated pages.
Tip: When in doubt, improve page content: add unique analysis, user-focused guides, original screenshots, and author attribution — this increases inventory value and compliance.
12. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 18 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete it promptly. If you believe we may have collected information from a child, contact us immediately.
13. DMCA & Intellectual Property Reporting
If you believe your intellectual property (copyright, trademark) has been infringed on Tradeconvey, please send a notice to our designated agent with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the rights owner or authorized representative.
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material and the URL(s) where it appears.
- Your contact information (address, telephone number, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use of the material is not authorized by the owner, agent, or law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Send notices to: suk84rkg@gmail.com (include "DMCA Notice" in the subject). We respond promptly and may remove or disable access to infringing material. Repeat infringers may be suspended or terminated.
14. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy periodically to reflect changes in legal, technical, or business developments. Material changes will be posted with a new Effective Date and—where appropriate—notice to users. Continued use of the Service after the Effective Date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
